- Save or copy your content to your folders on the W:\\ drive. Files should be Word documents, text files or excel spreadsheets. Give your documents a unique name so you don't overwrite a similar file. Keep all your originals on a CD or on your local computer.
- Verify that all people in your images have permission to have their image/name published on the website. A list of students and their permission rights is available from the school secretary.
- Put your images on the W:\\ drive. Images can be either .jpg, .gif, .tiff, .png, or .psd files of good quality. Give your images a unique name so you don't overwrite a similar file. Keep all your originals on a CD or on your local computer. If you have special needs for your photos or images please be sure to contact the webmaster to make sure you can be accomodated. You are responsible for selecting the photos. The webmaster can not find photographs or content for you.
- Fill in and submit the web form. Use the comments section to add captions to your photos, set up a meeting with the webmaster or note deadlines. If you have specific deadlines, please make sure and let the webmaster know so that she can fit it into her schedule.
