While every effort will be made to maintain the quality of the photos that you submit for publication on the website there is always a certain amount of visual degradation that occurs when optimizing photographs and images for the web. Website photographs need to be of a small size so that they will download faster and there is always a compromise between speed of download and quality of the image.
To get the best images please try to send good quality photos of high resolution to the webmaster. Large files can not be sent via email, so save them to the W:\\ drive and submit the full path to the webmaster, for example:
W:\\studentlife\efine\images\conference1.jpg
Give your images a unique name so you don't overwrite a similar file. Keep all your originals on a CD or on your local computer.
If you want captions with the photos please be sure to indicate this in the comment section of the web form.
You are responsible for verifying that all people in your images have permission to have their image/name published on the website. A list of students and their permission rights can be obtained from the school secretary.
