PARENTS' GUILD
2007-2008
The ICA Parents’ Guild is the organization of all
parents of students enrolled at Immaculate Conception Academy. The purposes
of the Parents’ Guild are: (1) to foster community among the parent
membership: (2) to support the spiritual growth of students and their
families by sponsoring family liturgies throughout the school year; (3)
to provide financial support for specified school projects.
PARENTS’ GUILD BOARD MEETINGS
Meetings are held the first Tuesday of each school month at 6:45 p.m.
GENERAL PARENT MEETINGS
General parent meetings are obligatory for all families. Meeting dates
for 2007-2008 School year are
Thursday, September 13, 2007 at 7 p.m. for Senior Parents. Meeting for Juniors/Seniors is Tuesday, April 8, 2008 at 6:45 p.m. The Frosh/Soph meeting is Wednesday, April 23, 2008 6:30 p.m.
SPECIAL EVENTS
FAMILY NEWSLETTER
Each month the Principal prepares
a Family Newsletter, which includes a message from the President of the
Parents’ Guild and important information regarding student and parent
events.
PARENT SERVICE HOURS
Parents are required to give fifteen hours of service to the school each year.
The Parents’ Guild keeps records of the hours of service and announces
opportunities for families to fulfill the service requirement. You can

Guild Activities Online.
