Interview Appointment Schedule

October 27, 2007	Open House Open to all 6th, 7th & 8th grade girls from 9:00–11:30 am This is a great opportunity for students and their parents to tour our school, visit with faculty and staff and receive an individually guided tour led by one of our current students.
October & November	Visit ICA! Spend the Day with a Spartan! Shadowing appointments are scheduled by school. Please call at least 1(one) week prior to visit. Your day begins at 8:00 am. You’ll meet your ambassador and attend all her freshman classes with her. Your day will finish at 1:30 after lunch (Yes! You will be our guest and have lunch with all 265 Spartans!)
Nov. 17, 2007	Parent-Student Interview No appointment needed. Students arrive at their “school time”. See our web page for times. Please bring: a completed application with fee of $70.00, Baptismal, Holy Communion and Confirmation certificates, a copy of your 7th grade and 8th grade 1st quarter report cards and a recent photo.
December 7, 2007	PSAS Financial Forms Due
January 12, 2008	High School Placement Test
March 7, 2008	Letters of Acceptance Mailed
March 20, 2008	Freshmen Registration Due
April 26, 2008	Class of 2012 Orientation
